			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just a quick post to point out a nice long post <a href="http://whatever.scalzi.com/">John Scalzi</a> made re: the dedication/stamina/stubbornness necessarily to write and get published as a novelist. Here&#8217;s a choice pull-quote I can relate to:</p>
