so i messaged a girl on okcupid who had an interesting profile and who sounded like she had similar interests… and finally i got a response back, and now we’re having a conversation about books through e-mail, and we’ve totally got the exact same taste in reading, which is pretty damn cool. the website seems to think we’re an 82% match, so it’s not surprising, perhaps, that she’s actually willing to talk to me. i’m still not exactly sure what i think about meeting people on the internet, but i talked to my friend clay about his experiences with online dating, and it seemed to work out just fine for him, considering he dated one girl he met for two months.
anyways, i’m not really sure what’ll happen with this, but she seems like a nice enough girl…
